Pristine Pools, works with both real estate agents and homeowners, providing very thorough and detailed inspections of residential swimming pools. Pressure testing of the return plumbing lines and the skimmers suction line are also included in the inspection process. We provide a full inspection of the pool system and all of its components to check for leaks and proper functionality. The inspector will also check the fibreglass steps (if applicable), the pool deck, chemical feeder, salt system, pool lights, coping, liner, ladders, faceplates, safety cover anchors (if applicable) and the above ground plumbing.
Once the inspection is completed, we will email a full report(PDF), that includes photos and details to the real estate agent and/or homeowners' emails for easy viewing and accessibility.
